Wedding Decor F.A.Q.

 

How long do I get the item(s) for? 

We have two options 4-5 day rental or 48-36 hour rental.


 Where can I pick up my items?

Items are available for pick up in Bracebridge, Ontario.


Do you offer shipping for your wedding décor items?

As of right now it is pick up only.


The agreement contract says I am to pay 50% now and the remaining balance 14 days before my event, how can I do this? 

All wedding décor items are listed on our site in full rental price, so you can calculate your order total to make sure it fits within your budget. Once you have followed the 5 steps outlined above in our final message confirming your items are available for your date you will receive a unique discount code that you apply at time of checkout that will reduce your order cost to the 50% that you are required to pay to lock in your items for your selected date. 


What are all the payment options available?

Even though we request you to purchase the items online, we do also accept: 

E-transfers, Cheques, Visa and MasterCard. All payments can be done online or in person as long as they are met within the time lines required. Please feel free to contact us for more information about our payment options. 


I’ve paid my deposit now how do I pay my remaining balance? 

14 days prior to your event we will charge your credit card on file for the remaining balance of your order.


I’ve decided I want to change an item to my order after paying my deposit. 

We allow changes to your order up until 14 days prior to your event.  


I’ve decided I want to add an item to my order after paying my deposit. 

We allow items to be added to your order up to 14 days prior to your event as long as that item is still available, the cost of the item will be applied to the remaining balance. Once it is within 14 days of your event we will charge your credit card for each item you have added to your order. Please remember you cannot check out any item you would like to add to your order after your initial order, you must contact us to ensure the item is available for your event date.


I paid my deposit but unfortunately, I have to cancel my order. Is the deposit refundable? 

Once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. All Rentals may be cancelled if received in writing (email) no later than 30 days prior to the event.
