Broken Items:

Canceling orders:

Orders can ONLY be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. 

Mistake on customized order at time of order:

Please contact us within the first 24 hours of placing your order if you noticed you made a mistake. No changes can be made once the order is being filled.

Placing a customized order:

If you are purchasing an item(s) that you would like to be customized in any way different than listed we require a 50% deposit at the time of order.

Returns and exchange details:

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for in certain circumstances. All returns are done on a case by case basis.

If your product is not as you have expected, we will work with you to help alleviate any issues and possibly refund or replace said products. Once you have received your order you have 48 hours to contact the us about a possible return. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale
